Anytime Work – Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Anytime Work Pte. Ltd. (“Anytime Work”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using the Anytime Work app or website (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the Platform.


1. Nature of Services

  • Anytime Work operates an online marketplace that connects part-time workers (“Workers”) with businesses (“Employers”) seeking to fill short-term or flexible shifts.
  • Anytime Work is not an employer, staffing agency, or contracting party to any employment relationship. All engagements, contracts of service, or work arrangements are made directly between Employers and Workers.
  • Anytime Work does not supervise, control, or guarantee the work performed by Workers. Employers are solely responsible for managing and paying Workers for shifts, in accordance with Singapore law.

2. Eligibility

  • To register as a Worker on the Platform, you must:
    • Be at least 15 years old (Workers aged 15–18 may only be referred to non-hazardous work in compliance with the Singapore Employment Act); and
    • Be a Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident.
  • By registering, Workers represent and warrant that they meet the above criteria.
  • Anytime Work may verify eligibility through government-issued identification (e.g., NRIC) and may suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet the requirements.
  • Employers must be incorporated businesses or individuals authorized to hire part-time Workers in Singapore.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Workers must provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information in their profiles, resumes, and any uploaded documents.
  • Employers are responsible for ensuring job postings comply with Singapore laws (including the Employment Act, Workplace Safety & Health requirements, and non-discrimination regulations).
  • Users agree not to misuse the Platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading purposes.

4. Cancellations & Administrative Fees

To maintain reliability and fairness:

  • Workers:
    • Cancelling a confirmed shift within 10 days of start incurs a $15 administrative fee.
    • Cancelling a confirmed shift within 48 hours of start, twice within a month, may result in account suspension or termination.
  • Employers:
    • Cancelling a confirmed shift within 10 days of start incurs a $15 administrative fee per shift.

(These fees are service/administrative costs to cover disruption caused by cancellations. They are not punitive penalties.)


5. Payments & Commission

  • Employers agree to pay for all confirmed bookings through the Platform.
  • Anytime Work charges a service commission (typically 20% of Worker payout, or 15% for card payments) on top of Worker wages.
  • Workers will be paid their agreed hourly rate through the Platform, less any applicable deductions or service fees.
  • Payments are facilitated by Anytime Work’s payment partners and are subject to their processing terms.

6. Direct Hire / Referral Fee

  • If an Employer wishes to directly hire or engage any Worker introduced through the Anytime Work Platform, outside of the Platform, within 12 months of the introduction, the Employer agrees to pay Anytime Work a referral fee of SGD $300 per Worker.
  • “Introduction” means any connection, referral, or application facilitated through the Platform, including where the Employer first became aware of the Worker via Anytime Work.
  • No referral fee is payable if the Employer hires the Worker more than 12 months after the introduction.
  • Employers agree to promptly notify Anytime Work if they engage a Worker directly and acknowledge that the referral fee will be invoiced and payable within 14 days.
  • Failure to pay the referral fee constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, collection proceedings, or legal action.

7. Data Protection & Privacy

  • Anytime Work complies with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) of Singapore.
  • By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • Employers must use Worker data solely for legitimate hiring purposes and delete such data when no longer required.
  • Workers acknowledge that their profile, resume, and job history may be shared with Employers for matching purposes.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All rights, title, and interest in the Platform, including its content, software, databases, and branding, belong to Anytime Work or its licensors.
  • Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Platform except for personal, non-commercial use without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Anytime Work acts solely as a facilitator of connections between Employers and Workers and is not responsible for:
    • The accuracy of job postings or Worker profiles;
    • The quality, safety, or legality of any jobs; or
    • The performance, conduct, or suitability of any Worker or Employer.
  • Our total liability to any User shall not exceed the amount of service fees paid to Anytime Work in the three (3) months preceding the claim, or SGD $10 if you are a Worker.

10. Suspension & Termination

  • Anytime Work may suspend or terminate your account if you:
    • Breach these Terms;
    • Provide false or misleading information; or
    • Misuse the Platform.
  • Termination does not affect our rights to collect any amounts owed.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
  • Parties agree to attempt amicable resolution or mediation before resorting to litigation.
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

12. General

  • Anytime Work may update these Terms for legal, regulatory, or operational reasons. Updates will be notified via email or announcement on the Platform. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
  • If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
  • Anytime Work may transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms without affecting your rights.
