These Terms of Use (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Anytime Work Sdn. Bhd. (“Anytime Work”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using the Anytime Work mobile application or website (the “Platform”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. Nature of Services
- Anytime Work operates an online marketplace that connects part-time or temporary workers (“Workers”) with businesses (“Employers”) seeking to fill short-term or flexible shifts.
 
- Anytime Work is not an employer, staffing agency, or contracting party to any employment or service relationship.
 
- All engagements, contracts of service, or work arrangements are made directly between Employers and Workers.
 
- Anytime Work does not supervise, control, or guarantee the performance, conduct, or quality of work performed by Workers.
 
- Employers are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all Malaysian labour and employment laws, including the Employment Act 1955 and Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994.
 
2. Eligibility
To register as a Worker, you must:
- Be at least 16 years old (Workers aged 16–18 may only perform non-hazardous work, in accordance with Malaysian law); and
 
- Be a Malaysian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or legally permitted to work in Malaysia.
 
By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet these criteria.
Anytime Work may verify eligibility through MyKad, MyPR, or valid work permits, and may suspend or terminate accounts that fail verification.
Employers must be registered business entities or individuals authorized to hire Workers in Malaysia.
3. User Responsibilities
Workers must provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information in their profiles, resumes, and uploaded credentials.
Employers are responsible for ensuring that job postings and work conditions comply with Malaysian laws, including fair pay, lawful working hours, and workplace safety standards.
Users must not misuse the Platform for fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful purposes.
4. Cancellations & Administrative Fees
To maintain reliability and fairness:
- Workers: Workers: Cancelling a confirmed shift within 10 days of the scheduled start incurs a RM15 administrative fee. Cancelling a confirmed shift within 48 hours, twice within a month, may lead to account suspension or termination.
 
- Employers: Cancelling a confirmed shift within 10 days of the scheduled start incurs a RM15 administrative fee per shift.
 
(These are service costs to cover disruption and coordination; they are not punitive penalties.)
5. Payments & Commission
- Employers agree to pay all confirmed bookings through the Platform.
 
- Anytime Work charges a service commission (typically 20% of Worker payout, or 15% for card-based payments) on top of Worker wages.
 
- Workers will be paid their agreed hourly rate, less applicable fees or deductions, through our payment partners.
 
- All payments are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), subject to the terms of our appointed payment processors.
 
6. Direct Hire / Referral Fee
- If an Employer engages or hires a Worker introduced via the Platform outside the Platform within 12 months of the initial introduction, the Employer agrees to pay Anytime Work a referral fee of RM350 per Worker.
 
- “Introduction” includes any contact, referral, or job application facilitated through Anytime Work.
 
- The referral fee is not applicable if the Worker is hired after 12 months.
 
- The fee is payable within 14 days of invoice issuance.
 
- Failure to pay may result in account suspension, debt recovery, or legal action.
 
7. Data Protection & Privacy
- Anytime Work complies with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia.
 
- By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
 
- Employers may only use Worker data for legitimate hiring purposes and must delete it when no longer required.
 
- Workers acknowledge that their profiles, work history, and performance may be shared with Employers for matching purposes.
 
8. Intellectual Property
- All rights in the Platform—including text, images, logos, code, and databases—belong to Anytime Work Sdn. Bhd. or its licensors.
 
- Users may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the Platform without written consent.
 
9. Limitation of Liability
- Anytime Work is not responsible for:
- The accuracy of job postings or Worker information;
 
- The quality, safety, or legality of any job; or
 
- The conduct or performance of any Worker or Employer.
 
 
- Our total liability to any User shall not exceed the total service fees paid to Anytime Work in the preceding three (3) months, or RM50, whichever is lower.
 
10. Suspension & Termination
- We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Breach these Terms;
 
- Provide false or misleading information; or
 
- Misuse the Platform.
 
 
- Termination does not affect our right to collect unpaid amounts or fees.
 
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
 
- Parties agree to first seek amicable resolution or mediation before initiating legal proceedings.
 
- All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
 
12. General
- Anytime Work may amend these Terms from time to time to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes.
 
- Updates will be posted on the Platform or sent via email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
 
- If any clause is found invalid, the remaining clauses remain enforceable.
 
- Anytime Work may assign or transfer its rights under these Terms without affecting your obligations.
